 All children aged 3-6 who are enrolled in a full-day Casa dei Bambini program may enrol in our lunch program. This program is optional, as children may bring their home-prepared lunches. Our lunch program however is very popular with the great majority of children participating in this unique experience. The consumption of the food is elevated to a much higher level. Children are involved in preparation of the environment for lunch, with setting-up tables with tablecloths, plates, cutlery, flower arrangements, and candles. This is also a part of Practical Life experience where children develop their manners and etiquette.
All school lunches are hot daily and are prepared by a professional caterer with
emphasize on tasty, healthy and fresh, locally produced foods.
